Returns

Atlantic Dome offers a generous 30-day return policy for both individual customers and registered businesses. If our products do not meet your expectations for any reason, please get in touch with our support team to discuss possible solutions.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please ensure that you contact our support team before sending any items back to us.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email that we have received your item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

 

Cancellations

We accept cancellations of fully paid orders only after the goods have been delivered to your shipping address. We are unable to cancel orders for goods that are already in transit. We provide a 30-day cancellation policy with a 100% refund for both individual customers and businesses. Should you be dissatisfied with any aspect of our product, please contact our support team to discuss how we can assist you. To receive a full refund, the item must be in the same condition as when received and returned in the original packaging.
